Info and Rules

Location:

ALL games will be played at Pierrefonds Sportsplexe

***Format for Crosby Major/Minor Division:

All teams will play in ONE pool for the round robin. After 4 games teams will be ranked based on Points earned, goal differential, level of teams played (NCAA style) and placed in either the Major or Minor division for playoffs.

Round Robin Format:

-3x12 min STOP time

(Games may finish in tie, no overtime)

* NO time outs in Round Robin

Tie Breaker Rule:

 

-Head to Head (2 teams)

-Goal Differential 

-Goals Against

-Fewest total PM

-Fewest Major Penalties 

-Fewest Empty Net Goals

-Fastest Goal

-Coin Toss

Playoff Rules and Overtime Format:

-Teams are allowed 1 timeout per playoff game

In case of overtime the game will continue as follows:

-3v3 for 3min STOP time

-2v2 for 2min STOP time

-1v1 until there is a goal

* If needed the tournament reserves the right to call a shootout.
